Getting Started
During your initial consultation, Jo Anne will begin to construct a foundation for change by identifying the forces that brought you to this juncture. You’ll have an opportunity to talk about your history, your ancestry and your current stressors. You’ll share the things in your life that have brought you joy, and the pressures that are affecting your life as a whole.
As an ongoing Wholistic Harmony client, you’ll discover there are no right or wrong answers.
You are free to drop your guard and seek guidance from a health coach who already sees you for the success you are.
As a team, you and Jo Anne will:

- - Create lifestyle recommendations
- - Create a communication guide
- - Determine frequency of visits and consultations that will keep you motivated
